There could be advantages to the Galveston Pllan, but if it is a true retirement plan, it is comparing apples and oranges to talk about it as an alternative to Social Security, an insurance program. At the time of divorce advice for men, a spouse having a retirement plan must put it on the table as a community asset to be divided in some manner. A spouse having Social Security benefits accrued during a marriage would never have to divide these.

Normal people know that when they emigrate to a foreign country they have to make concessions to accommodate the existing culture and laws of the new country, if they want to be accepted. I'm not sure if the South Koreans use a system that has a cabinet appointed by their president, or whether the cabinet is formed by parliament members, as in Britain, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, and a number of other countries.
